We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at EuroMarks Global Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and productive operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as AS400 to track inventory and orders.
- Implement and improve warehouse business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for transportation management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
- Drive the FLT to load and unload vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
- Report any issues with the FLT immediately.
- Ensure all people within the warehouse are wearing a hi-viz jacket in the correct manner.
- Report any no shows for collections to Transport Admin within 15 mins of their anticipated collection time.
- Ensure all customer supplied product is moved to the product room immediately and inform the Assembly Manager for allocation.
- Check all deliveries to PO's – flag any issues (qty/lateness) immediately to the relevant teams.
- Manage waste stored outside and ensure pallets are stored inside the warehouse.
- Ensure Delivery Notes accompany all outgoing goods.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer business/projects at all times.
- Maximise own performance through training opportunities.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, including knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like AS400.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles within a warehouse setting.
- Experience in Warehouse Management: 2 years (preferred).
