Overview
This role transcends the conventional security position. Set in the picturesque environment of Cleethorpes Pearl, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our holiday guests while providing assistance when required. A full driving license is essential, and SIA qualification is preferred.

We are not your typical holiday provider. Our guests visit our UK resorts to escape their everyday lives and immerse themselves in a unique experience. While they are with us, they enjoy exceptional entertainment and create lasting memories. Our mission is to continually surprise and delight them.
Your previous experience in a similar capacity will be invaluable as you join our team, ensuring our holidaymakers feel secure and supported during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the park, particularly during evening hours and overnight. Your presence will be a source of reassurance for guests, and you will be prepared to respond in emergencies. Your varied responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests at the park entrance and overseeing vehicle access
- Conducting foot and vehicle patrols to secure the park's perimeter and ensure all is well
- Occasionally managing door duties and verifying guest passes for the entertainment complex
- Assisting guests with after-hours issues and delivering gas when necessary
- Addressing any conflict, security, or service-related concerns proactively
Your willingness to assist in various capacities, even beyond your designated duties, will make you an ideal fit for our team.
Availability
Please note that holidays occur during peak times, so your flexibility to work on most bank holidays and weekends is essential.
Required Skills and Attributes
This position is perfect for the right candidate, and we will provide comprehensive training and orientation. While extensive experience is not mandatory, the following are essential:
- A valid driving license
