We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Your World Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatrics and experience working in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in the community
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • HCPC-approved degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Paediatric postgraduate experience
  • NQP (Newly Qualified Practitioner) competencies completed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
