F&B Director

We are seeking an experienced F&B Account Director to join our team at Gather & Gather. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a large team and overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within our iconic London venue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on all F&B strategy across the venue, ensuring that client expectations are consistently delivered.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all clients for the venue.
- Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns, taking necessary action to resolve issues.
- Work with managers and other relevant parties to maximize income through effective purchasing, marketing, and revenue/waste control.
- Manage and develop managers within the venue, providing effective performance management and appraisal.
- Experience managing large turnovers of £10million+
- Experience working in a large hotel or exhibition venue
- Strong sales experience in C&E
- Innovative and commercially aware
- Persuasive and articulate communicator
