About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Lisburn. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
Requirements
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
