About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will work closely with individuals, families, and carers to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for individuals with mental health needs
  • Provide one-to-one support and therapy sessions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making
Requirements
  • Registered mental health nurse or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a community mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
