Position Summary

This role is dynamic and fast-paced, offering support from the Creative Director while allowing for proactive contributions. The position provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, encouraging creativity and experimentation with new design approaches. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to advance their career in design and contribute to a talented Design team with a solid grasp of concepts and artwork production.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a design-focused environment.
  • Ability to manage the creation of various social media assets and visual brand guidelines for emerging brands, maintaining regular communication with the Creative Director.
  • A strong passion for design coupled with a creative mindset.
  • Exceptional ability to generate innovative concepts and develop comprehensive ideas and presentations from limited briefs.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple projects.
  • Able to lead visual concepts through to final artwork.
  • Understanding of the distinct requirements for both web and print design.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing attention to detail across various platforms (including health and beauty, physical products, web, and social media).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload based on shifting business needs.
  • A collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • A versatile designer capable of enhancing the design experience across diverse mediums, from standout packaging and print media to engaging social content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design or reimagine identities for products, services, or organizations.
  • Create visual identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography, as well as print media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Develop product packaging and additional marketing collateral.
  • Produce artwork for social media channels and point-of-sale materials.
  • Draft and present mock-ups of proposed designs for feedback and revisions.
  • Update visuals for online and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout all graphic design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following experience is advantageous:

  • Experience in photography and video editing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools.
