About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Utility Infrastructure Consultant to join our team at Hoare Lea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering utility connections, diversions, and strategies for development projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver utility connections, diversions, and strategies for development projects in the UK.
  • Work closely with clients to manage the process of reinforcement, diversion, and procurement of utility infrastructure.
  • Assist on project delivery and support other team members on a wide range of building projects with their varying utility infrastructure requirements.
  • Lead a growing team in London and help mentor other team members.
  • Play a key role in supporting the team to grow and develop.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some experience in delivering utility connections, diversions, and strategies for development projects in the UK.
  • Understanding of Gas, Water, Electricity, Drainage, and telecom industry.
  • Proven project experience of utilities in the construction sector.
  • An understanding and ability to work closely with clients on challenging aspects.
  • An understanding for the need to have both a technical and commercial skill set.
  • Technical and commercial understanding of the industry.
