Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Consultant to join our team at KennedyPearce Consulting. As a Business Continuity Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Re-evaluating the existing business continuity approach, including the Group Business Continuity Policy, Plan, and associated documents
  • Establishing a new Group Business Continuity strategy
  • Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders to ensure new plans and strategies are delivered in line with current policies and ISO 22301
  • Developing and implementing business continuity plans and strategies to ensure operational resilience
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders to communicate and influence business continuity initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years' experience in business continuity, resilience, and project management within a similar retail, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience with reporting, analyzing, and implementing policies and creating new frameworks within business continuity
  • Hands-on experience leading on projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Professional certifications such as CBCI or MBCI
