We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our expanding psychology team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will provide specialist clinical psychology assessment and therapy services to individuals and groups in the South Leicester locality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialist clinical psychology assessment and therapy services to a Community Mental Health Team
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Trust policies, procedures, and service priorities
- Lead and supervise other qualified Clinical/Counselling psychologists, Clinical Associates in Psychology, Clinical Psychologist Trainees, and/or Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners
- Develop and expand psychological aspects of support in line with national plans and Trust priorities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Community Connectors, Peer Support Workers, Health Care Support Workers, Psychiatrists, Psychotherapists, Psychiatric Nurses, and Occupational Therapists
