As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, who have a range of disabilities, including Autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and caring environment that meets the individual and group needs of our residents.
- Assist with personal care, domestic support, preparing meals, and updating internal systems.
- Review care plans, risk assessments, and monthly reports to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Participate in induction and training during the daytime to develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A motivated and creative individual with a 'can do' attitude.
- Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
