Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our award-winning Pastry Brigade. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative pastry menus that showcase your culinary expertise
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs to ensure seamless service and high-quality products
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create harmonious and visually stunning desserts
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Extensive experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurantExcellent leadership and communication skillsA passion for creating innovative and delicious pastriesA strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
