The Role:

We are seeking an experienced PFI FM Manager to join our client's talented team. As a key member of the facilities services team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of property/facilities management services within a designated area. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing FM services, including Health and Safety, environment, annual budgets, budget reconciliation, compliance, and general PPM/RW/lifecycle
  • Leading a team of Site Supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with PFI/LIFT service contracts and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of facilities management in a PFI/LIFT environment delivering hard and soft services
  • Strong PFI contract expertise
  • Strong understanding of PFI/LIFT service contracts, including managing supplier and contractor performance
  • Ideal qualifications include BIFM Intermediate and IOSH Management Safety Certificate, with Legionella Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS Check clearance

What's on Offer:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £47,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £6,000, 26 days' annual leave, pension scheme with 6.5% employer contribution, BUPA health insurance, company sick pay scheme, and income protection.
