**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Support the real estate team in all aspects of transactional real estate work, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of various types of real estate.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of documents for real estate closings, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Assist in the formation and maintenance of entities related to real estate holdings, including drafting operating agreements and resolutions.

**Requirements:**

  • An academic background with a degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology, legal documents, and the closing process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research databases.
  • Knowledge of state and local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
