Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Home Grown Hotels. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetables, to meet the standards of our menu.
  • Support the pastry section as needed to ensure a seamless service.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members to achieve a smooth and efficient service.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure dishes meet the expectations of our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
