About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join our team on a short-term contract for a high-profile, multi-million-pound HVAC installation project.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a major project within the commercial sector.

A 3-6 month temporary contract, MEP Revit role to work on a £6m HVAC Mechanical Building Services package.

The project is a Hi-Rise residential new build.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Revit MEP to create complex 3D building systems and geometries for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment, and fire protection systems.
• Work from Engineer's mark-up's and sketches under minimum supervision to produce MEP drawings in Revit MEP and CAD as appropriate to each project.
• Proven hands-on experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit.
• Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.

Requirements

• 5-10 years minimum knowledge within a similar environment.
• Identify and resolve any clashes or issues within the Revit model.
