Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of credit proposals, including income, assets, liabilities, credit history, and economic trends, to determine the risk of default.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor existing loan portfolios to identify potential credit deterioration or early warning signs of default.
- Loan Approvals and Rejections: Recommend loan approvals, rejections, or adjustments based on risk evaluation and bank lending policies.
- Credit Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement credit risk mitigation strategies, including collateral management, loan restructuring, and workout plans.
- Corporate Credit Analysis: Possess strong corporate credit analysis skills with considerable analytical and numerical abilities to challenge and structure proposals.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven Experience: Have proven credit sanctioning experience, particularly with ordinary office-type applications.
- Additional Skills: Experience in credit sanctioning within the real estate sector, recognizing its differences from corporate sanctioning, is highly valued.
