Job Title: Content Integrity Specialist

At Trustpilot, we're committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. As a Content Integrity Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our content and maintaining the trust of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and address content that violates our guidelines, ensuring a clear outcome for our customers.
  2. Work closely with internal teams to maintain the trust in Trustpilot, including Trust & Safety, Policy & Disputes, Fraud & Investigations, and Commercial teams.
  3. Support the Legal team with legal letters and assist the Communications team with consumer outreach and other comms-related requests.
  4. Collaborate with the authorities worldwide for ad hoc cases that require immediate action.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in content moderation.
  2. Excellent written language skills in English.
  3. A team player with great stakeholder management.
