About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Quality Engineer to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful rollout of SAP S/4 HANA across our Quality teams in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Group Quality teams, programme core team, and Systems Integrator to design and implement a harmonized process for S/4 HANA Quality capabilities.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of knowledge and understanding of S/4 HANA within the National Companies Quality teams.
  • Support the Quality input to the design and implementation of a harmonized process that can be implemented in S/4 HANA.
  • Deliver a common set of S/4 HANA Quality capabilities across the MBDA National Companies.
  • Represent Quality within the core team and ensure that Quality requirements are considered in the rollout of the wider programme.
  • Coordinate activities to meet the program plan and deal with any changes in a systematic way.
  • Support program meetings and craft a realistic plan for the Quality part of the project.
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver high-level capability and ensure all current and future benefits are realized.
  • Status and progress reporting on risk, issues, scope changes, and quality concerns.
  • Support knowledge share and skill-set growth within the Quality team.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Quality role.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA and/or other SAP products.
  • Shown success in leading SAP S/4 HANA programs or similar initiatives.
  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to handle sophisticated process analysis.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
