Job Description

Frasers Group is undergoing a transformation to adapt to changing retail trends. As a Creative Coordinator - Premium and Luxury, you will play a crucial role in leading this change by supporting the Project Supervisor in driving innovation across our retail estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Output Delivery: Assist in delivering design outputs for Refit Creative Projects, working closely with project teams and external agencies to create a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
  • Design and Programme Coordination: Coordinate the design and programme process for new stores and refit projects, ensuring comprehensive and accountable reviews are sent to the correct teams.
  • Project Updates and Communication: Provide progress updates for current projects, serving as a point of contact for assigned refit stores and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Document Delivery: Deliver individual programme-related documents using existing templates, adapting them as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Programme Coordination: Assist with programme coordination, attending site visits to log and standardize feedback and outstanding works, and following up with tracked accountabilities.
  • Project Review Process: Support the Store Planning Supervisor/Lead in delivering store project reviews and brand deliverables, grouping functional feedback and information to share with the business.
  • Development Project Execution: Ensure the delivery of retail development projects within the Group, keeping an eye on executed changes in the new estate and executing them in a refit environment.
  • Retail Operations Understanding: Build strong relationships with key retail partners, learning and understanding their commercial strategies to elevate store experiences through refit.
Qualifications
  • Technical literacy
  • Excellent MS proficiency
  • Experience using In-Design
  • Experience using AutoCad
  • Experience reviewing/understanding Revitt Models (desirable)
