About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate forecasts of project costs, monitor cash flow, and manage subcontractor accounts. You will work closely with the project team to provide timely and accurate reports on project costs and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value
  • Monitor cash flow and valuation plans
  • Manage subcontract tender processes
  • Manage subcontractor accounts
  • Provide accurate reports of costs and values on projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying (or similar) and good working knowledge of NEC contracts. You will also require proficient IT skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
