Assistant Store Manager

At Templewood Recruitment Ltd, we're seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by maximising sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Employee Supervision and Training: Organise rotas, provide sales training, delegate tasks, and support employee performance management to ensure staff are equipped to meet their goals.
- Store Management: Take ownership of store operations, including maintaining high standards of store appearance, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers, and implementing marketing plans to promote the store and create brand awareness.
- Charity Participation: Contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives by dedicating time to volunteering or raising funds for charity.
