About the Role

The Commercial Litigation Partner will be a key member of our highly regarded team, working closely with the Head of Department to develop and grow the existing work stream. This is an exciting opportunity to join a national Top 40 law firm and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Commercial Litigation Lawyers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the department and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation, preferably in a regional or national firm.
  • A strong network of connections across the industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivation and resourcefulness, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
