Job Description

We're looking for a talented Applications and Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bristol and support our activities within the Aerospace sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Main Responsibilities
  • Support and Coordination: Supporting, coordinating, and supervising Level 1.5 & 2 shopfloor engineers in applications utilized in the manufacturing environment such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), Scheduling software, and Machining.
  • Training and Assistance: Training and assisting end-users to ensure optimal use of the applications.
  • Collaboration and Resolution: Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and optimize application performance.
  • Documentation and Procedures: Writing and updating technical documentation and operating procedures.
  • Requirements: Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in application support, preferably in an industrial sector.
