About the Role

We are working with Cedar Recruitment to find a dynamic professional to lead a transactions portfolio and manage a diverse corporate tax advisory portfolio for a boutique firm in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a transactions portfolio with a balanced focus (approximately a 50/50 split)
  • Manage a diverse corporate tax advisory portfolio
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international tax transactions and corporate tax advisory
