We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Cover Supervisor to ensure effective classroom management during the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Experience working in an educational setting or with youth (preferred).
  • Ability to assert authority when necessary.

The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with students aged 11-16 and must be flexible, willing to participate in various school activities, and possess a calm demeanor while working collaboratively within a team.

All stated pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
