Talent Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a full-time on-site role. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, conducting maintenance and repair tasks, implementing preventive maintenance measures, and managing electrical maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
- Manage electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Apprentice-trained or Level 3 qualified in a relevant field
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in PLC programming and experience with electrical maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
