Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Executive to join our Audi Dealership in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will be responsible for building trust and exceeding customer expectations through effective communication and qualification. You will also be responsible for maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries. Additionally, you will aim to maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products. You will adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets. You will also need to be able to establish and build rapport with customers quickly. A valid UK driver's license is required, and motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
