Join Our Team as a Senior Associate - Regulatory

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Regulatory to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a key member of our Cross-Cutting Policy and Strategy division, you will play a critical role in supporting the identification and assessment of issues impacting consumers that require a cross-cutting regulatory response.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of appropriate responses for addressing cross-cutting issues that meet our regulatory objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with colleagues across the FCA to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the FCA's regulatory framework and its application to consumer protection policies.
  • Contribute to the development of the FCA's and the team's long-term strategy, with opportunities to influence and shape policy decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and understand risks, using data and evidence to inform policy decisions.
