- Oversee the execution of large-scale events, including historical reenactments and seasonal festivities.
- Manage social media channels to effectively communicate our mission and inspire our audience.
- Lead the Visitor Journey Framework initiative, working with various teams to enhance accessibility and inclusivity for all guests.
- Supervise a Visitor Experience Officer and foster partnerships with local community organizations to enrich visitor interactions.
- Handle Duty Management and Event Management responsibilities, which may require flexible scheduling.
