Position Overview
As an Assistant Manager at Tenpin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience while cultivating a lively atmosphere for both customers and staff. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing the team, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the venue
  • Fostering a customer-centric culture
  • Leading the team by setting a positive example for effective teamwork
  • Acting in place of the General Manager and aiding in meeting targets and performance indicators
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail sectors
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in leading and nurturing large teams
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and patient
  • Ambitious with a desire for career progression
