Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our client's Networks team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting over 10,000 users and 180 services across 100 sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the management and maintenance of networking and security systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and replacement.
  2. Develop and implement network and security strategies to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is secure and efficient.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve daily issues and work across the virtual team within the IT operations sector.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years' experience in network support capacity.
  2. Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Routers & Switches, Security, Wifi and Data).
  3. Excellent communicative, administrative, and time management skills.
  4. Ability to adhere to Service Level Agreement terms and improve processes for service improvement.
  5. Qualifications in at least one of the following: CCNA (R&S), CCNA (WIFUND), CCNA (Security), CWTS/CWNA/CWNP, ACWA/ AWCWP, ITIL V3 Foundation.
  6. Desirable: Welsh speaking.
