Financial Assistant

This is a full-time hybrid role that offers flexibility for remote work. As a Financial Assistant, you will play a crucial part in the financial and accounting team, supporting UK statutory and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices through SAP and reconcile purchase ledger control accounts.
  • Prepare and post authorized month-end general ledger journals.
  • Perform monthly inventory and consignment stock reconciliations, agree to logistics, and update landed cost sheets for incoming stock.
  • Post purchase ledger payments, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare Intrastat and EU Sales for the Netherlands and Czech Republic.
  • Assist with job share payroll responsibilities and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong accounting proficiency and knowledge of financial software and tools.
  • Relevant certification or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
  • Excellent credit control and finance skills.
