Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic leader to take on the role of Care Team Leader. In this position, you will provide essential guidance, coaching, and professional development to a team of devoted support workers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing medication management within the household, ensuring that accurate records are maintained, and that care plans for our customers are regularly updated.
As a Care Team Leader, you will encounter various challenges, and your ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks while remaining supportive of individual needs will be crucial.
Ideal Candidate
This role is perfect for someone who is genuinely passionate about enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in their later years. The ideal candidate will serve as an exemplary role model and possess an NVQ Level 3 in Care (or be in the process of obtaining it). Experience in a dementia care environment is highly desirable.
