About the Mortgage Broker Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our client's team in Cheshunt. As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their property goals, while also driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on mortgage products.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring you have the most current knowledge to advise clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue for the company.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and grow the business.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker, with a proven track record of success.
- Full CeMAP qualification or CAS status, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
