Bright Futures Care Ltd is in search of enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven individuals to assist a group of adults with learning disabilities and autism. The residence is a contemporary home situated in a peaceful neighborhood.

Compensation for Care Assistants - £29,719 annually (this figure includes one sleep-in shift each week). The hourly wage for this position starts at £12.00, increasing to £12.50 upon achieving the necessary qualifications.

In your role as a Care Assistant, you will deliver top-notch care for our young adults, comprehend their individual care requirements, organize engaging activities, and empower them to thrive in their daily lives. You will follow a scheduled rota provided in advance, allowing you to manage your time effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your shifts will consist of full day shifts (14 hours) along with occasional sleep-in shifts where you will stay overnight at the residence.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving is advantageous, but comprehensive training and orientation will be provided
