Job Vacancy: Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Lely Center Holsworthy. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and on-call backup support of Lely Astronaut milking robots and Lely automated barn & feed equipment on dairy & beef farms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission Lely Astronaut milking robots and Lely automated barn & feed equipment on dairy & beef farms.
  • Provide on-call backup support to farmers and farm staff to ensure optimal performance and uptime of Lely equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Lely equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with farmers and farm staff to identify and resolve any issues with Lely equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Lely equipment and technology to provide expert support and guidance to farmers and farm staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining agricultural equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Lely equipment and technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to farms and other locations as required.
