Express Recruitment is currently supporting a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) firm, who due to ongoing growth, are seeking an IT Sales Consultant to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, including further expanding their clientele as well as effectively building relationships and providing consultative support, ensuring high retention and net revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop own new sales pipeline through generating leads, cold calling, and networking
  • Occasionally travel to face-to-face meetings, including client offices, events, and conferences
  • Handle own internal administration, including updating the CRM, providing monthly reports, and sales pipeline forecasting

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in an IT MSP environment, selling hardware/technical/telecom support
  • Rounded software and hardware knowledge, including cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner, able to develop positive rapport and relations with stakeholders
  • Full UK driving license essential
