Exciting Clinical Nurse Manager Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join a small but busy private hospital in Lincolnshire as a Clinical Nurse Manager. The hospital has recently undergone significant refurbishment and has a Good CQC rating, making it an attractive place to work.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a nursing team, overseeing ward recruitment, and ensuring governance and compliance within the department. Previous experience in the private sector is desirable, but not essential.
