Job Overview:

Advance TRS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to support the delivery of Nationally Significant Infrastructure and TCPA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the planning lead to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of planning aspects for S.37 and TCPA projects.
  • Contribute to the development of planning strategies and policies to support the company's growth and development.
  • Provide expert advice on planning matters to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant planning laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in town and country planning, with a strong background in project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of planning laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
