Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Better Placed Limited. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing key projects through the complete product lifecycle, building, diversifying, and phasing out product lines where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Manage key projects through the complete product lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of new products to market.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, R&D, operations, quality, and finance, to enable efficient new product implementation across the business.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify pain points for key projects and understand the value proposition of our products to customers.
  • Networking: Network with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry bodies, to bring insight and value to product developments and identify potential target customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: B2B Product Management experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of product development and launch processes.
  • Skills: Strong planning and organisational skills, with an aptitude for analysing data and an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Business Acumen: Experience or proven understanding of working and strategizing within a marketing-based business model.
