Job Title: Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion

Leicester Clinical Trials Unit is expanding its portfolio of trials, creating new opportunities for professionals to join our team. We collaborate with renowned investigators to deliver high-quality, impactful clinical research nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of trials, including multi-centre randomised controlled trials.
  • Lead and manage trial managers/coordinators, ensuring the smooth and effective running of clinical trials and research studies.
  • Collaborate with LCTU senior management, NHS clinical and academic staff to provide leadership and trial management expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, ethics, regulatory approvals, SOPs, GCP principles, EU Directives, and UK legislation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of clinical research and trial management methodology in the UK setting.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to remain calm under pressure.
