About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic store team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Share product knowledge and passion with customers, helping them find the perfect products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized store
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stockroom activities to ensure a visually appealing store
  • Take ownership of your development, seeking feedback and guidance from colleagues and management

About You:

We are looking for a friendly, calm, and efficient individual who is excited about the challenge of a fast-paced job. As a Sales Team Member, you will be expected to:

  • Be a great communicator, always looking for ways to help customers and colleagues
  • Be flexible and supportive, willing to go the extra mile to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
  • Be enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
