Job Title: Evening and Weekend Care Assistants

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Evening and Weekend Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Assist clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Support clients with their mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and our care team, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Be over 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Have access to your own car and be willing to use it for work purposes.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) and £15.25 (evenings and weekends).
