We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Carepath Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive a balanced diet.

Requirements:
