Role Overview
As a 360 Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Energy Sector, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from engaging with clients to successfully placing candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients in the energy sector, comprehending their staffing needs, and offering expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing diverse channels and networks to identify high-quality candidates within the energy industry, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities within the energy sector to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a 360 Talent Acquisition Specialist, showcasing a successful history of placing candidates in various roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry, including market trends, key players, and job roles across sectors such as renewable energy, oil and gas, and utilities and infrastructure.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to craft compelling job offers to attract top talent.
- Experience working within EMEA markets is advantageous.
