Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Fragrance Specialist in Selfridges. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while embodying and expressing the Tom Ford vision to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the Tom Ford fragrance experience, providing personalized assistance and a luxury customer service while conveying Tom Ford values to everyone.
  • Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, fostering client loyalty and confidence while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Be an expert on all product information to guide customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transactions and assist both on and off the sales floor while adhering to Tom Ford luxury service standards and hygiene.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to back-of-house duties such as inventory control.
  • Capture customer details for CRM purposes, maintaining relationships and ensuring after-sales follow up.
  • Stay updated on beauty and fragrance trends, product knowledge, and brand information through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
  • Manage growth of your personal Tom Ford business within the store, taking ownership and responsibility for your performance.
  • Always present a proper Tom Ford image and look, upholding the brand's standards of presentation and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for all things beauty related, especially fragrance and make-up.
  • An understanding of luxury retail and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to provide inspirational and authentic customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Detail-orientated with a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
  • Flexibility across days/hours.
  • Proof of Right to live and work in the country.
