About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply design thinking and tools to tackle complex business problems
  • Solve sophisticated design and technology problems using systems thinking
  • Deliver designs that meet user needs and business requirements
  • Communicate designs and strategy persuasively and concisely to all functions and levels, including executives
  • Develop strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a desire to achieve pixel-perfect precision in the finished product

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
  • Experience using design thinking and tools to tackle complex business problems
  • Experience solving sophisticated design and technology problems using systems thinking
  • Proven track record of delivering designs that meet user needs and business requirements
  • Creative and analytical skills to facilitate research, synthesize and communicate insights that inspire design opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
