Hours: 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Tidworth

As a Construction Site Operative, you will collaborate with the Team Leader and your colleagues to ensure the efficient and safe execution of various projects. Your role will involve operating machinery such as excavators, dumpers, and rollers, as well as performing construction, drainage, and potable water tasks as directed.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct infrastructure projects, primarily focusing on drainage and water systems across various sites.
  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and ensure safety during operations.
  • Operate excavators, dumpers, rollers, and other equipment as necessary.
  • Participate in after-hours standby to assist with repairs and maintenance of potable water systems.
  • Prioritize personal safety and adhere to established safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures.


Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in drainage and potable water construction projects.
  • CPCS / NPORS certification for excavators (above & below 10T).
  • CPCS / NPORS certification for dumpers.
  • CPCS / NPORS certification for rollers.
  • Valid driving license.
  • SHEA water certification.
  • Water hygiene certification.
