## Business Intelligence Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data visualizations and business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Azure.

### Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop data visualizations and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Azure
* Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights
* Work closely with the BI & Data team to develop and maintain data models and ETL processes
* Utilize Agile SCRUM methodology to deliver high-quality solutions

### What We Offer

* Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000
* 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and enhanced pension scheme
* Health schemes and sick pay (up to 52 weeks)

### Requirements

* Experience working with Power BI, SQL, and Azure
* Strong data visualization and design skills
* Ability to work in an Agile environment using SCRUM
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

### Working Arrangements

* Based out of either Birmingham or London, with the option to work from home 3 days a week
